When booking a house sitting service, go to our “Booking” page then check our calendar at the top of the page to see when our next availability is. Select the desired length of house sitting then click “add to cart”.

When you have added this to the cart a new window will appear where you can enter the dates you require according to the availability in our calendar.

Once you have filled out the dates click the cart button at the top of our page and then you will be directed to the checkout.

Please make sure to check the calendar when booking so that you can input the dates that are available.

Our Pet sitting service includes House sitting.

Once you have filled out the dates click the cart button at the top of our page and then you will be directed to the checkout.

We have a 7 days notice refund policy. If you would like to cancel a service you have booked please get in touch with us here and we will get back to you regarding your cancelation or refund.

If you do not give us enough notice before your booking we will unfortunately not be able to issue a refund.

We are happy to discuss refunds or cancelations with you so please reach out if you have any unforeseen circumstances that interfere with your booking.

When booking a house sitting or pet sitting we offer grounds keeping and gardening services by the hour.

It is £10 per hour and can be added to the cart when you book our house or pet sitting services.

We will be in touch with you once you have booked with us to discuss what grounds keeping you would like and for how many hours.

If you require more than 1hour of work we are happy to settle that extra payment with you during this discussion or upon our arrival at your property.

When booking a house sitting or pet sitting we offer Ironing and laundry serrvices by the hour.

It is £10 per hour and can be added to the cart when you book our house or pet sitting services.

We will be in touch with you once you have booked with us to discuss what Laundry or ironing you would like and for how many hours.

If you require more than 1hour of work we are happy to settle that extra payment with you during this discussion or upon our arrival at your property.

As stated on our services page we own two well behaved and trained dogs that accompany us on our house and pet sitting bookings.

We are more than happy to keep them separate from your pets and property in our motorhome which is how we travel to each booking.

Please just let us know when you book with us and we will be more than happy to keep them separate.

Yes, we are happy to provide copies of our insurance policies on arrival or via email.
